We will guide you and provide information on the many event sites in the area and offer vendor recommendations based on your budget and requirements.
Product Selection:
Our experienced staff can assist you with your product selection from our extensive inventory to help bring your vision to life. We are constantly expanding our rental inventory to keep up with current trends and we are always happy to help you find something if we don’t have it in stock.
Tent and Canopy Rental:
Choose from our comprehensive selection of sizes and styles to provide shade or protection from the elements. Create an elegant and aesthetically appealing environment with our chandeliers, ceiling liners and mood lighting.

Tent Site Inspections:
Our trained logisitics staff will meet you by appointment at your event site to measure, create schematics and provide advice to ensure that your vision can be executed.
Equipment Rentals:

Party Supplies:
Our Truckee showroom also features a selection of party supplies, including balloons, piñatas, streamers, banners and solid colored tableware, together with themed and seasonal decorations for you to browse and purchase.

Delivery & Pickup:
Tailgate delivery and pick up service is available upon request. Please call for pricing, which is determined by the area you need us to deliver to. If you prefer, you can also arrange to ‘will call’ your order. Additional fees may be applicable at sites where “tailgate” delivery is not possible (i.e. where stairs or other obstacles have to be negotiated and equipment has to be carried to the event site).

Setup & Teardown:
This service is available by arrangement and must be booked in advance. A detailed schematic of the desired layout is also required prior to the event date. Additional fees will apply.
Caterers, Florists, Cake Makers, Photographers and Sound, Lighting & Special Effects referrals:
